All providers, staff, patients and visitors must wear facemasks when in the facility. If you do not have a facemask, one will be provided for you. We are rearranging our waiting rooms to encourage physical distancing. At some of our sites, you may be able to wait for your appointment in your car. Fitness Center

A Fitness Center has been established in the Lower Level of the Government Center in Manistee. It provides supervised workout equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes and weights. The center is open to tribal members and employees of both the government and the Little River Casino Resort. The Fitness Center is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
